You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it.

Whislink puts you in a live call with a stranger. Keep it respectful. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully or demean anyone.
• Share sexual content, or any content involving or directed at minors.
• Promote hate, violence, self-harm or illegal activity.
• Record other people or share their words, images or personal details without their consent.
• Spam, advertise, scam or impersonate anyone.
• Interfere with the service, bypass limits, or access it with bots or automated tools.

You are responsible for what you say and share on calls and in chat. Calls and chats are not recorded or stored by us (see the privacy policy), but the person you are talking to may keep what you send them.

Whislink is free and supported by ads served by Google. Ads are never shown during a live call. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts others at risk. You can stop using Whislink at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Whislink is provided “as is”. We don’t control what other users say and can’t guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will tell you on the site. Continuing to use Whislink after an update means you accept the new terms.
